Service Request

Once you have determined if your receiver has a jtag header (see information on our Home Page) select the service you need listed below if you are paying with Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal Account. If you are paying with USPS Postal Money Order (US customers only) then Contact Us for your shipping and payment instructions, be sure to include the Service Request Number in this email.

Remember to include your remote and to carefully follow the instructions on our Shipping Information page. If you wish to have more than one receiver repaired you will have to send them separate with separate Service Requests, this is to insure no damage is done to the receivers during shipment.

We usually repair the item the day it is received or the next day, but if we run into delays we will contact by email. Also be sure to include the Receiver Manufacturer and Model number in your request in the Receiver Model Information field on your order form or in your Service Request Email.

 

Jtag Repair Service 0-001 $25.00 + Shipping: Receiver has a Jtag Header (see Home Page for information on how to tell). Remember to include your operational remote when shipping. You will be transported securely to PayPal to finish your transaction, no PayPal account is necessary. Note: Do not send a receiver that you have attempted to solder or applied heat to the pads without first Notifying us and letting us know what you have done. Failure to follow this instruction will result in a $10.00 additional service charge whether we are able or not able to repair the receiver.

If you live in the US and want to pay with USPS Postal Money Order Contact Us and be sure to fill the Money Order out as directed in our response so there won't be any delays in your repair.
