wrap, Styrofoam or wadded up  newspaper for padding. Just remember to make sure the receiver is packed tight enough to prevent movement inside the box. But regardless of the box you use, make sure you pack your receiver well to prevent damage during shipping. Note: You might have to remove your receiver from the factory box in order for it to fit in the Flat Rate Box, you usually can still use the Styrofoam and just wad up newspaper, use Styrofoam peanuts or some other packing to that up end and side space.

You will also need to include your working remote with your receiver when you ship it, so we have a way of testing the receiver after repair. It won't be necessary to ship the remote with batteries.

If you decide to pay with money order (USPS Postal Money order only - US customers only), you will include the money order with your receiver when you ship it so make sure you follow the instructions in our response to your service request so your repair is not delayed.
